Testing & Treatment

At Warren Allergy & Asthma Care, our board-certified specialists offer a full range of diagnostic testing and treatment options — from pinpointing your triggers on the first visit to long-term programs that address the root cause of your allergies.

Diagnosis & Testing

Allergy Skin Testing

The fastest and most accurate way to identify what you're allergic to including foods, pollens, dust, mold, animals, insects, and certain medications. Results are available within 45 minutes in our office.

Asthma Testing & Spirometry

A simple, non-invasive breathing test that measures lung function and helps confirm an asthma diagnosis. Performed in-office, typically at your first visit.

Patch Testing

Used to identify contact allergens responsible for skin rashes and contact dermatitis. We test for 36 of the most common chemical triggers.

Treatment Programs

Oral Immunotherapy (OIT) for Food Allergies

A structured desensitization program that helps patients tolerate foods they're allergic to — including peanut, tree nuts, milk, egg, soy, wheat, and sesame. We treat patients as young as 10 months.

Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT) for Food Allergies

A gentler alternative to OIT using very small doses of allergen placed under the tongue. Lower reaction risk, no exercise restrictions, and maintenance reached in as few as 4–6 sessions.

Allergy Shots (Immunotherapy)

The gold standard for environmental allergies and allergic asthma. A multi-year program that reduces sensitivity to pollen, dust, mold, pet dander, and insect venom at the source.

Biologic Therapies

Targeted injectable medications for patients with severe or difficult-to-control asthma, eczema, chronic hives, or nasal polyps that haven't responded to standard treatment. They also help prevent allergic reactions in patients with food allergies who accidentally eat the food.
